65000 extreme poor women are being employed for 18 months to maintain rural infrastructures of 1030 Union Parishads to promote rural socio-economic activities.

SWAPNO supports extreme poor rural households to make them resilient against economic and natural shocks by improving their human capital, livelihoods and living conditions. Each extreme poor women of SWAPNO receive BDT 90,000 as cash wage and savings during their tenure with SWAPNO project along with life and vocational skill training. SWAPNO strives to make these poor women compatible in market economy by enhancing their employment capability.
